I have been unhappy with my current A/C company.My A/C died on a Thursday..The company I have used for years couldnt get someone out until late the following day. So now the tech arrives aftyer 4PM late Friday,determines its a bad coil but impossible to get the part since all the parets departments were closed for the weekend. It was 85 degrees in the house. 92 outside/no breeze.Not knowing who to call, I noticed the amazing reviews for Airfellows .The owner, Juan, actually answered the phone.(that alone impressed me )After hearing my problem, he drove out himself , assessed the issue and we were up and running in no time. Incredible service great guy and 100% honest! You just don't get this type of service anywhere .Truthfully, if your A/C guy isnt exceeding your expectations, you realy need to reach out to Airfellows.Im signing a contrcat for my 2 homes immediately.My old A/C company??? We have used the company to replace our 17 year old unit (Rheem) that was struggling to keep us comfortable with a Daikin Fit inverter unit. The whole process from initial visit, detailed quote and installation went super smooth. Communication was also a plus as well as appointments fulfilled on time as scheduled. We are very happy with the new inverter unit; it has been a major upgrade at a very reasonable price compared to other quotes I received. I can already track my power consumption coming down on FPLs website. I highly recommend Air Fellows.
