What more do you want when your technician, Rob, shows up when he says he will, on New Year's Day, doesn't take advantage of the holiday and increase the service charge, and fixes your air conditioner in a timely manner!

Air conditioner broke last night and was able to get an appointment at 9am today. Sean was prompt and very professional. Fixed my issue very quickly and honestly. I will use this company in the future. Highly recommend!

Sean was so helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. I was expecting my Ac To be replaced and he was able to pinpoint the problem and had the part to fix it right there and then. He also told me about regular maintenance to keep my unit running as long as possible. I feel like I'm getting a great service for the right price. I'd recommend Cooling Advisors to anyone!

My AC unit stopped working and I called them and they sent a tech next and fixed it. They were easy to talk to on the phone and the tech was very polite.

In order to maintain our license we need to take continuing education classes. We also take classes from the manufacturers to keep updated with the latest technology.
