Called them last summer when my AC stopped cooling. They came out pretty quickly, found the issue, and got it fixed. What I liked was that they didn't try to sell me anything extra. Just fixed the problem and got everything running again.
No issues since then. I'd use them again.

What stood out to me most was how honest and down-to-earth Slava was during the entire visit. Our AC unit had been making strange noises for weeks and another company told us we might need a full replacement. Slava inspected everything carefully and found that the issue was actually repairable, which saved us a lot of money. He explained everything in simple terms and never made us feel pressured. Definitely someone I’d call again if we ever need HVAC service in the future
