I hired sparkle events for my son’s first birthday! They did such an amazing job! I’m so happy I found them. Very professional (Maha and her partner came and set everything up so quickly) took the stress out of the balloon arch and backdrop! We received SO many compliments on the balloons and how everything turned out! Highlyyy recommend them! Will be using for our next party!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are hourly basis. We do offer additional services that can be selected as an add on (glitter tattoos and henna tattoos) for an additional charge.
Travel fee will be added for any event bookings based on distance from our location
Client will be responsible to pay for any extra time artist has to wait.
Client will be responsible for any additional charges such as parking, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start of by getting as much information as we can (guest count, age group, theme, what they have in mind, location and other) the we discuss pricing and what we recommend as an artist. We do follow up once price has been sent to answer any questions or to confirm the booking.
