- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair pricing for piano tuning and repairs. We aren't the cheapest company out there for piano tuning and repairs but pride ourselves in quality work, excellent communication and customer service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will listen to what work you need on your piano and then will give you an estimate. The next step is to schedule an appointment with you to come to your home to service your piano. You will receive an email conformation of your appointment and we arrive on time for your appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are highly trained to tune and make any necessary repairs to your piano. We service all makes and models of pianos.
