Make sure the company is licensed and insured to do business in your area, review rates and policies and seek reviews if possible, even if online.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That drivers are independent contractors, we are not their employees, often the vehicles are their own. More than 90% of them have no benefits, insurance, retirement plans etc., Drivers spend long hours in vehicles and risk their lives daily not only driving but picking up strangers. We strive to please both customers and drivers but it is not always easy.
