The man who spoke with us was courteous but that is the only good thing I can say about our experience. According to my paperwork, I had agreed to having my windows washed inside and out along with the tracks and screens being cleaned. The gentleman raised the estimate by $160 and informed me that they would not do anything but the glass. I had to inspect every window and every one had to be redone after a discussion about why it wasn’t his fault. Then at 7o’clock, they informed us that they were done even though we knew they had not done the inside of 5 windows. My husband eventually got them to finish the job and lower the price. I will never use this company again!
