Truly painless. They showed up and went to work immediately. They effortlessly moved the pieces from the rooms to their transport vehicle. A well-balanced team. Very flexible in that i kept increasing the number of items to be carried out and they gently but firmly informed as to the impact on the original quote. I will use these folks again.
