- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After many years working in developed, larger companies I decided to expand a part-time Consulting venture I had into a full-time offering. I have worked in start-up companies, with investors, have developed sales/financial projections as well as reporting measurements. I founded Forte, LLC to provide interim, on-site and remote Executive-level Services to global clients. This has included working on merger and acquisition / due diligence situations from both the buyer's and seller's side. I have helped firms evaluate and implement cost-effective processes into their Financial, IT, Marketing and Operational support system environments. Our primary goal has been to implement cost-saving processes and technologies, enabling clients to achieve increased profitability. On occasion, I have been a Contract Consultant and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Robert Half International, with various assignments in Florida and Texas. I am a diverse MBA offering 30 years experience in providing Contract, Interim (On-site, Remote or Virtual) Business Services for start-ups, small- and medium-sized firms as well as for non-profit organizations. Specialties include Business Analysis/Development; Financial, Management, Marketing, and Operations; Mergers and Acquisitions. Software expertise includes Lotus and MicroSoft Suite, QuickBooks (Enterprise/Pro) and SAP.
