I founded Forte, LLC to provide interim, on-site and remote Executive-level Services to global clients. This has included working on merger and acquisition / due diligence situations from both the buyer's and seller's side. I have helped firms evaluate and implement cost-effective processes into their Financial, IT, Marketing and Operational support system environments. Our primary goal has been to implement cost-saving processes and technologies, enabling clients to achieve increased profitability. On occasion, I have been a Contract Consultant and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Robert Half International, with various assignments in Florida and Texas.
