Lady Electric has been used as my nicknane since the 80s. My job, gives me purpose. I am not a novelty, that stigma went out long ago. After 45 yrs I'm still standing, in a trade, that is predominantly male, only because I am good at my job and never gave in.Women usually aren't interested in doing such laborous work. It keeps me healthy and youthful.
I was raised differently. I was taught never to rely on anyone. My parents were both good with their hands. However, I am the only person in my family as a professional in the trades.
I'm an inspiration to the women clients I serve, as well as their spouses.
I started following a master electrician in 1977 but i was too young for him to hire me, he was nevertheless impressed by my use of tools and my work ethic at 15 yrs old, he then offered me a full time job just shy of my 18th birthday. The electrical trade has been very good to me.
At 4 years in, I took and passed the jourmeymans block exam, passing the Residential Specialty Journeyman's test and got my first card. I am Insured and bonded.

SPECIALIZING in;
Residential Wiring only. I don't serve commercial/Industrial properties. I offer Full service Repairs and Installations and
Insurance compliance. Also after hours emergency calls.
Theres 5 types of calls:
1. Repairs-service call
2. Estimates for larger jobs only)Small jobs a few hrs or less can be fixed priced or phone priced.
3. Installations
4. Inspections
5. Emergency service
We dont have any high markup on materials like most. A large job may have a 10% incidentals charge. I am generally at 33 to 50% less money than most big contractors. I simply work alone and don't have their overhead.
Installations can be by the piece, job, day. or hour. we price most anything over the phone. My charges are $100 hour. Minimum call is $150 for a run includes the hour.

Devices (Bottom end trim)(outlets, switches installations)
Ceiling fans, kitchen hood fans and bath exhaust fans.
Please Note we will not create a vent hole through your roof for exhaust or attic fans bath fans

Security lights & cameras (120v) no ethernet or cat 5,6 or alike wire.

Smart home devices
Hot tub & pool pump Installations
RV hook-ups

Please be AWARE that we do not pull permits on most of the jobs we do, it's not necessary unless its new construction or a substantial remodel
If you'd like one, you can certainly pull an HO. All work is top notch and up to code and I welcome working beside and advising a home owner and having the work if needed to be inspected it can be.

I am county-municipality certified journeyman residential specialty electrician. I hold a card with that title. "Journeyman Electrician". Registered. Most of the pros on this site are possible jcards or helpers or handymen. Theres no need for a licensed state contractor to advertise on thumtack. if youre looking for a STATE LIC. go elsewhere like GOOGLE. Youll find one there, speak to a secretary and they'll send you 2 helpers for twice what I charge. But the owner will cover them.

PRICING & POLICY
SPECIALS:
(6 hr day rate) is $600 flat rate (regular price) for ANY Service or install. plus materials.
We offer specials on re trims upper and lower (lighting package and device packagr price flat fee).
EMERGENCY SERVICE call rate call is $200. after hours call and $150 hourly thereafter. within 30 miles.
HOME WARRANTY SVC.
Guidelines
We expect payment day of service.
You pay us and SUBMIT our INVOICE to them. And
They pay you back. we DO NOT write ESTIMATES OR BILL THEM directly.
We also offer many other home services across the 3 major trades, wire-wood and water.
