- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's hard to give a standard price for yard maintenance and other home services because customers needs, budgets, and housing circumstances differ so greatly. We like to talk to our customers to setup a plan that will fit their needs and budget. That being said our basic lawn servIce includes mowing,weedeating, edging, and blowing off driveways, porches, and sidewalks and starts at $35 per service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to setup a time to meet with customer at the property and discuss their lawn care needs. Sometime however because of the customers work schedule we cannot meet face to face. In these instances we talk to customer and get all the pertinent information as to what they are looking for and visit the propety to put together a comprehensive service package for them.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with just about every type of customer you can have in the lawn servIce industry, such as homeowners, home owners associations, apartment managers, property managers, real estate professionals, restaurant owners to name a few.
