Jacob was great to work with! He looked at my AC and told me that the problem was going to cost more than it would be worth (the heating element was beyond repair). Instead, he spoke to me about using space heaters for the few weeks of cold to save money. I appreciated his honesty and he was very knowledgeable. Will call him again if my AC needs servicing!

He diagnosed my issue within 15 minutes, and within an hour, my HVAC system was up and running with minimal fuss.
