I called Greyguard HVAC for a second opinion after my usual technician couldn’t figure out why we were having leaks. Jacob came out the very next day — in the middle of this brutal Tampa heat — and got right to work. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to troubleshoot the issue thoroughly.
I really appreciated finally getting clear answers and a path forward. It made a frustrating situation feel a lot more manageable. Highly recommend Greyguard HVAC, and especially Jacob, for honest, reliable, and prompt service!

We had another company provide a pricey quote for an A/C repair. I wanted a second opinion and decided to try Thumbtack for the first time and found Greyguard Heating & Cooling. They provided a fair quote and were able to come out on a Saturday night and worked til the sun went down to complete the job. They also found an issue with our electrical panel which caused a short in our compressor and did some quick rewiring without charging extra. All of this was very welcome for a female homeowner on a very hot summer day. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and will use them again without question!

Omg what can I say about these guys they are absolutely AMAZING. They responded immediately and were at my house the next day. My technician was Jacob and he was terrific, he was able to come out while I was at work and I had other people at home and diagnose the issue. My issue was very simple for not having no issues in almost 4 years that I lived in this home. They were very patient with me when I told them that I needed some extra time to get some money together for the routine maintenance that I’ve never done on my A/C. Now my A/C works like new. They are family based so they will make sure to take care of you so that you and your family are good.
