- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price is calculated by the number of rooms and bath, the first cleaning will always be a deep clean, if you want maintenance, monthly, biweekly or weekly we agreed the value
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We plan a visit to meet the owner, we want our clients to be safe and calm before cleaning, we think it important to know our team. After the scheduled time the customer has direct contact with the owner of the company, before the delivery of the service it does all the analysis of the service next to the client, remembering that after the end, our quality control will contact to check if everything was done as agreed and know of customer satisfaction
