Quoted 65 for half acre. Charged 75 and mowed less than a quarter acre, stopped and went to the neighbor's when they asked and left my gate open. My dog could have escaped. He also blew up my phone when he knew I was working from home and on calls as I work in a call center. Nothing went as agreed and again it was not completed and he charged more than he quoted. How can both happen.
