Introduction: For the past 2 years, I have been catering for movies and a soon-to-be, new TV series. I have also been catering for family friends and little events, including weddings, birthday parties, and even dinners for families who don't want to cook for the night. My business is a unique catering experience. I do not have set menus. I first talk to my client and ask tons of food questions. Examples are as follows: * Are there any persons allergic to gluten, sugar, dairy, nuts, etc? * Is it buffet style? * What kind of theme or food would you like to have? I make the event people-friendly and easy to handle. Catering is easy if you know the right way and if you have the creative eye to handle any event.
