This was easily the best Pro we’ve hired on thumbtack! He was polite and professional. He came running when we had a plumbing emergency from over 40 minutes away. He spent hours figuring out the source of the problem. When he thought for a second he might not be able to fix it, he wasn’t even going to charge us for hours of work. We're a flat-rate company: you get the price up front, before any work starts, and it doesn't grow once we're on site. Hydro jetting comes with a 12-month warranty. Free quotes by message or phone.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen first. Tell us what's happening (slow drain, backup, gurgling, odor) and we'll ask a few questions, give you a flat-rate price, then clear the line. For recurring or main-line problems we can run a camera so you can see what's causing it. We treat your home like a guest should and clean up before we leave.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Water Snake was started by a drain technician with more than 10 years in the field, from county storm drains to residential and commercial drain lines. We focus only on drain cleaning: snaking, hydro jetting, main sewer line clearing, sewer camera inspections and A/C condensate line flushes.
