- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been in this industry for many years. It became obvious to me a few years ago that the only way to prosper in this economy was to work for myself. I felt that was the only way that i could still make a difference with a customer
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My company offers many kinds of flooring solutions, but the most common thing we are asked to do is some form of hardwood refinishing. Second would be tile and grout cleaning Third would be diamond polishing Travetine or Marble tile
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always have a clear vision of what you would like the end result of your project to be Have a list of questions ready Ask for the proof of business license and insurance. I have never had to use mine, but i would never walk into a project without it
