- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a price chart where we work by the size of the house linked with the frequency requested. We send you all information of what is included and the rate before hiring. We have lot customers requesting extra services and we are also very careful to charge other services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually receive all the information such as the size of the house, number of bedrooms and bathrooms along with any special requirement in order to quote accordingly and appropriately. We spoke with the customer making sure we solve all of their doubts and wait for a confirmation. Once we have it we proceed to verify our schedule and set up the appointment in our system specifying all the details and everything that was agreed to keep everything organized. The customer receives a confirmation on their phone and a the day before the cleaning they receive a reminder. we send our team the day and time agreed to perform the service that will be paid when it is finished only. And according to our guarantee policy if we receive a complain we send the team back for free to fix it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We first made course of how to use every product we have at our company and the need to purchase some more products for special cleanings. After a long process of learning, I have practical experience for 5 years. We know exactly what to do, how to do it and hot to make each corner of your house look spotless and feel fresh.
