We provide our clients with the best value we can, as hundreds of reviews show. Since we don’t discount our quality of service, we don’t discount our prices, either.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before Installation • We speak with you to discuss your goals for hiring a professional, and we determine if we are a good fit for your project. • We look at any photos you submit to us so we can develop a plan of attack before we arrive. During Installation • We go over your objectives for the project, just in case anything has changed. • With your goals in mind, we provide you with advice, based on our experience. • We methodically install the item(s) you commissioned us to mount. • When finished, we ask if you are happy with the results. • If necessary, we make adjustments until you are satisfied. After Installation • We check in with you to make sure you are still happy with our work, and we request a review.
