ABSOLUTELY NO HIDDEN FEES! No mileage or gas charges! No charges for using our materials! Everything is included in hourly rate! 3 hour minimum service Travel time to our customers is provided free of charge! Manny and his team did an excellent job for my long distance move from Orlando to Fort Lauderdale. They arrived on time and dropped off on time. They came in and carefully wrapped all the big furniture and were done loading in 1.5 hour. The unload was a little less smooth but they made it happen and carefully unloaded everything without a scratch or dent in any of my furniture. I commend thier quick work and professionalism. I would hire them again in the future. Excellent work!!

When one pays by the hour, the hustle matters, and this crew hustled. Manny was the lead, and his team was scheduled to meet me at 10 am. They arrived at 9:57 and immediately set up and went to work. And DJ (I hope I got his name right) was a Jenga/Tetris master...maximizing every bit of possible space in the truck and in our storage units. We have another move in the near future when our contents go back into our home and I will be calling again. We are very happy.

Quick response for a timely move. The workers were careful and very experienced with packing boxes and furniture. Appliances and large items were wrapped and padded and the driver was careful not to damage the items in transit. While unloading they made sure everything went to the right room. Thank you for a great experience.

Brandon reached out to me asking how my move went. To answer any questions, comments and concerns I may have post move. I explained things to him and he did everything possible to make sure I was a happy customer, in fact he was adamant about it and for that I give 5 stars because good customer service is hard to find!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer both hourly rates and flat rates! We have no hidden fees! Our services are ALL INCLUSIVE. Services include (at no additional charge) all stretch wrapping, padding, moving blankets, protective materials, bubble wrap, packing paper, tape, etc. As well we provide any required disassembly, assembly, and set up of items such as bed frames, desks, or exercise equipment. And then of course, our truck, transport, equipment, tools, and labor would also be included at no additional cost to you!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Booking process entails a question are which typically takes 5-30 minutes depending on service/ move size. Some basic information is required; we will be able to provide you a price quote same day within 5-30 minutes to make your already stressful move as stress free and easy as possible!
