Chef Clay created an incredible dinner for a bachelorette party I helped host. Our group was all blown away with the amount of detail Chef Clay put into every dish! We started with three-cheese stuffed mushrooms with blistered cherry tomatoes on top. One of the girls had never like mushrooms and she promptly ate all of hers. That was followed by a salad with a delicious champagne vinaigrette dressing that I wish I could eat every day! Our main course was shrimp, scallops, asparagus, and stone-ground grits. I can honestly say I don't know what was more impressive - the grits or the scallops. Chef Clay started the grits as soon as he arrived and you could tell that he took all the time that good grits need! The scallops blew every single one of us away. We all raved about them being the best we had ever had. One of our group doesn't eat seafood so Chef Clay made her chicken and she was just as happy as the rest of us. As if everything else wasn't enough we finished with personal size key lime pies. These were perfectly tart and sweet and a great end to the meal. Chef Clay was gracious with his time and gave us tips and tricks and recipes for everything that we asked about. We couldn't have asked for a better or more fitting chef for our group. If and when I am in Orlando again and have the pleasure of having a personal chef, Clay will be our first choice. Thank you again for such an amazing meal! ROLL TIDE!

We hired Chef Gilchrist to prepare a thanksgiving feast for 12 at a vacation home we rented. He thoroughly planned the menu with us a week in advance and then delivered everything as planned and on time. He was able to adapt and overcome the limited resources of the vacation home and still amazed everyone with a perfect meal. It is days later and we are still enjoying the leftovers and remarking about how amazing everything tasted. He is also very personable and can hold good conversation while he works. We enjoyed having him in our home. Go with Chef Gilchrist, you won’t be disappointed.
