Our desire was to list for sale property we have had vacant for approx. 3 years while still having the ability to sell, if a buyer was identified. Page one provided that option. The Manager we dealt with was very friendly, while being totally professional. Since it has only been a few days since we signed the appropriate documents, we feel confident in their ability to perform. Time will tell.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have straight forward fees For Vacation Properties: Booking fee is 20% of the booking Management fee: $99.00 month For Long Term Rental Homes Leasing fee is 40% of the 1st month rent Management fee is 10% of the monthly income Administrative fee $25 per month No hidden fees. Thats all!
What types of customers have you worked with?
75% of our clients are investors that live on the Northern States, or Canada or Europe (UK), the rest of our clientele are Florida home owners that need their property managed because they moved to another state
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are looking for a Residential Management Company make sure they are licensed in real estate and registered with the DBPR. It is also very important to look at the reviews of their clients, satisfied costumers means that that company is doing a good job managing properties. Do not forget to look at all the fees that they will charge you, many companies trick you by offering low management fees and later you find out that you will be billed for many extra things.
