- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quotes may vary due to most jobs having their own set of challenges that i am trained to deal with.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Greet them and get a name and number for their service. Schedule them and set their expectation for how long the job may take. When they arrive or I arrive to the job I will discuss with them the different tint we offer. Then i would complete the job and they would receive the warranty information for the film and reassurance that i took the most care possible to complete the job and if they are not satisfied I would love to take care of any issues they may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in a few different tint shops learning from multiple different installers and their techniques and developing my own.
