- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This is our start price, depending of Size and if your pool is covered will be your monthly service for our, Quality Weekly Pool Cleaning service that includes : - Test and maintain the chemical levels and Water Balance - Adding Balance Chemicals as needed - Skim the Surface - Vacuum the entire pool using Hammerhead - Brush walls and Tiles - Clean skimmer basket and Pump Basket - Clean and/or Backwash Filter when is needed - Licensed Repair contractor on hand if needed
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer needs to be registered, and pay for the service at arrival. Then we will sent the invoice each month, to be paid during the month.
