What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing discounts are applied when clients sign up for multiple months. Pricing is all inclusive with no additional fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process involved for working with potential new customers include a complimentary 25min assessment on the phone or on video call to understand client needs and how we can help them achieve their nutrition&fitness goals. After initial assessment we will recommend the best service to address client needs and are able to work with clients all over the country on our online platform for nutrition coaching.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 + yrs experience working in the medical field in addition to being a former athlete. In addition I am a published author on the subject of nutrition and fitness, have been interviewed on numerous platforms for my expertise on this subject matter including TV. Lastly I am a national speaker on the subject of health and wellness.
