- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by understanding the client’s vision, needs, and the space they want to transform. Then we create a custom 3D design so the client can clearly visualize the project before production. Once the design is approved, we move forward with manufacturing using high-quality materials and schedule the installation. Our goal is to make the entire process simple, smooth, and personalized — because working with us is not just about buying cabinets, it’s about creating a space with care and attention to every detail, from the first conversation to the final installation
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Our typical timeline after the project is approved is around 35 business days for manufacturing and installation. However, we always try to adapt to the client’s needs and timeline whenever possible, and in some cases we’ve delivered projects much faster. The design phase usually depends on the client’s availability for decisions, but in most cases we can develop a complete layout for one space in about one day.
