FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from the required continuing education that is required by the state to maintain a land surveyor's license, I follow many sources of information and news on my industry and those industries that I work closely with. This allows me to stay on top of my clients needs and ensures that I can provide solutions in a dynamic environment.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of our clients receive boundary survey services. This service involves research of the recorded property boundaries, and comparing this information to monumentation found in the field. The end product of this process is a signed and sealed drawing showing the location of the boundary.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
In determining what professional you might hire, it is vital that you speak directly with a land surveyor. They should ask questions to determine what services you need, and then clearly present the services that they will provide to meet your needs. Not having a dialogue with the land surveyor can lead to misunderstandings with respect to your project and will leave you either under serviced, or over payed.
