FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the type of service requested. Remote Online Notarizations are charged per notarized signature in accordance with Florida law. Legal document preparation services are typically offered at flat rates so clients know exactly what to expect upfront. There are no hidden fees. Rush services, after-hours appointments, and complex document preparation may carry additional fees, which are always discussed in advance. Bundle pricing is available when combining document preparation with notarization.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial inquiry and brief consultation to understand the client’s needs. 2. Secure intake to gather necessary information and documentation. 3. Drafting or preparation of documents at the client’s direction. 4. Review of prepared documents for accuracy and completeness. 5. Scheduling notarization (if required). 6. Final delivery of completed documents. The process is structured, efficient, and designed to minimize back-and-forth while ensuring everything is handled properly.
