Highly recommend A Kings Touch! They were professional, easy to communicate with, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They completed the job on time, did a great job cleaning the carpets, and provided excellent value for the price. They even followed up afterward to make sure I was happy with the results. We had an amazing experience with Akeem. I honestly didn’t think it was possible to get the dog urine smell out of our carpets/furniture, but he completely proved me wrong. Everything smells fresh and looks incredible. He was professional, thorough, and clearly takes pride in doing the job right. He went above and beyond, and the results were better than I expected. If you’re dealing with tough pet odors or stains and think your carpets are beyond saving, call him. Highly recommend and will absolutely use him again.

Hakeem is very knowledgeable in carpet cleaning. He explained exactly what needs to be done after seeing the carpet. We agreed on a price which was reasonable and two hours later the carpet was like new. I will totally recommend him for any carpet cleaning services.
