Lee did a great job cleaning our carpet, explaining the steps and going above and beyond. He completed 4 rooms and a full staircase in about an hour. After the carpet was dry and vacuumed, it looks so much fresher and brighter. Only room for improvement: his previous job had an unexpected delay and communication could have been better to update his anticipated arrival time.
