Felicia and the Planners on Retainer Team did a fantastic job bringing our Pinterest Wedding into reality!! Felicia was very responsive to our requests and helped us beautifully incorporate our personal touches to the wedding. She made it easy to plan the wedding even though we were 3,000 miles away! Planners on Retainer connected us to amazing vendors and did a great job coordinating vendor visits when we were in town. After two years of planning, we are especially grateful that Felicia closely worked with us as we made many adjustments to safely host our wedding. Everything on our wedding day was absolutely gorgeous!!! We highly recommend Planners on Retainer to have the wedding of your dreams!

Working with Sarah-Jane was a wonderful experience! She was present at every meeting at our request and provided the advice necessary. Planning a wedding is already stressful, but planning a wedding during a pandemic adds even more stress! I found that a lot of things were already taken care of and it took a lot of stress off of us as we prepared for one of the most important days of our lives. Sarah-Jane and are team were on top of everything! Our wedding day was truly magical and everything went perfectly! I would highly recommend Planners on Retainer. They are extremely professional and working with a team of experienced planners is worth every penny! We selected the full-service planning, but probably should have gone with the month-of service. Either package you select, you can't go wrong! My husband and I were definitely satisfied with the professionalism and quality of service provided by Sarah-Jane and her team.

I am a planner by nature. However, as the mother of the bride it is imperative that you have a good wedding planner because it is impossible for you to play two roles on your child's wedding day. Additionally, if you do not plan weddings as a profession, there is no way for you to know all of the specifics and nuances to planning a wonderful wedding. That is where Sarah Jane came in. She was the ultimate professional. From the very beginning she asked all of the pertinent questions and more. Many things I had not even considered prior to her mentioning. The planning process with Sarah Jane was great. She is super responsive, and her attitude was always pleasant and helpful. She listened fully to all of my thoughts and weighed in with her expertise. She provided very thoughtful insight to all aspects of the wedding. Additionally, she gave great vendor recommendations. I tend to be a bit of a perfectionist so it was a relief to not have to worry about the quality of their work.On the actual wedding day, she functioned like a well-oiled machine who made sure that everything was handled and that I, as mother of the bride, did not have to concern myself with the details and could fully enjoy my daughter's day.

No need to look anywhere else, folks: Sarah-Jane is the TRUTH when it comes to all things event planning. My mom and I needed a quick girls getaway after her husband/my dad passed away earlier this year. I came to Sarah-Jane with pleading eyes and a hopeful heart that should could take care of us on such short notice. Not only did she make planning a trip effortless - literally no effort whatsoever on my part, she was able to put me, my mom and our close family friend up in absolutely stunning property in Los Cabos. A property where you can literally sip drinks in the pool and take in stunning views of the ocean AND mountains at the same time! Here's a photo of us on our way back home - totally relaxed and at ease after an amazing trip. For that view I was talking about: Book Sarah-Jane for your next trip to Cabo ;)
