This company is wonderful, technicianAaron came out to my home to give a quote for our hot water heater. He was amazing , polite and respectful. Very informative on all of all of the options to repair or replace our hot water heater we will definitely be calling back with for their service. Thank you again

Aaron was my service tech who did an excellent job of checking everything on my unit. There was one weak part that needed to be replaced and Connor helped me out on the pricing of that. This is a great company to do business with and I recommend them highly !

Joel was my tech. I would highly recommend him.He's very pleasant, knowledgeable and prompt. He did my maintenance as well asinstall the Air Scrubber. He was very patient and explained everything to me to my satisfaction and went the extra mile to make sure that I understood everything. Kudos Joel.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here at iceberg, we strive for 100% transparency so therefore we do not provide pricing over the phone. We offer free estimates on site because there are a lot of factors that go into play when quoting a job. We will strive to provide the best price based off the value that we provide.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will set up a free estimate or do service call fee depending on type of job need, then we will go out to customers residence and then provide accurate job and pricing info based of discovery inspection on said issues.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Remember Lowest price isn't always the best way to go. Alot of customers want the lowest price with the best service, that just does not happen, therefore our prices reflect our quality and value of work we provide. Make
