I had a clogged drain to the kitchen sink. I tried the snake first, but the snake was hitting a concrete section in the pipe and wouldn’t go through. I had to pay extra for the pressure wash hydroplane system they offered, but it worked and now I have my sink back The guy Bailey that came out was really nice. Very professional worked very hard. I just wasn’t happy how much it cost me, but I understand the expense. It helps when you have a professional there that knows what they’re doing.

Had an emergency and they were able to accommodate me. They work 24/7 and do not charge a diagnostic fee. The AC tech showed up up on time and very professional. Solved our issue.

From our first call for services from Jorge we did have reservations on purchasing a new AC unit along with replacing our over 20 yr old duct work. We were given several prices to fit our budget. I had an excellent experience with Christofer during the replacement of my kitchen sink faucet. He truly went above and beyond from start to finish. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but he also took the time to make sure everything was installed perfectly and working flawlessly before leaving.
Christofer was punctual, respectful of my home, and explained everything clearly which I really appreciate it. It is rare to find somebody who takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about the customer satisfaction.
I highly recommend Christofer to anyone needing plumbing work his attention to detail and dedication really sent him apart. Five stars all the way.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here at iceberg, we strive for 100% transparency so therefore we do not provide pricing over the phone. We offer free estimates on site because there are a lot of factors that go into play when quoting a job. We will strive to provide the best price based off the value that we provide.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will set up a free estimate or do service call fee depending on type of job need, then we will go out to customers residence and then provide accurate job and pricing info based of discovery inspection on said issues.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our techs and are EPA certified and very knowledgeable in HVAC and Plumbing. Rest assured that when we send a tech to your home that you are getting a highly trained professional.
