- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have fair and equitable prices, we travel to your house and take care of them in our special van, that’s why it’s cheaper to go to a salon, of course but your but in a living room is all the time in a cage, you risk contracting diseases and you must travel to take it and then pick it up. It will definitely not hurt you to pay our -recios with all the advantages of home grooming.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They must leave us their complete data, such as name, phone number, email, address and all the information of their furry person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are all professional groomers with special training in this work and we have a veterinarian at the head of the company.
