I couldn't have asked for a better experience from this company. I was advised of pricing up front, and he completed the job successfully. He also took the time to explain how everything works and how our pipes are very old and will likely be an issue in the future. He had wonderful communication with phone calls advising of arrival times, etc. He was very personable and I would definitely recommend this company!!!

I had a leak in my master bathroom toilet which overflowed. We were not able to figure out what the issue was on our own. I reached out to JP, who responded within a hour and was able to come out same day and assess the issue. He also provided me with the pricing and was completely transparent about price if any advanced work needed to be done. He was very professional and just all around nice young man. Definitely recommend!

The best advice I can give is to make sure you find someone thorough . There are a lot of ways to go wrong with water treatment. You want someone who is going to take the time to educate you and to install a unit that will actually address your needs
