- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price's are based from job to job. On an average we usually charge between $20.00 to $25.00 per room depending on the size of the room's, and how soiled they are. In some case's. The carpet's are bad enough that they might need to be power scrubbed prior to cleaning them. That usually runs between $10.00 to $15.00 extra per room. It all depends on the size of the room.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communicating with them on exactly what they are wanting done. Then we take care of it. If we run into any problem's during the job. We stop what we are doing and bring it to Customers attention. Such as if there is a stain that won't clean out no matter what treatment we have tried on it or something of that nature.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IICRC Certified from the Institute of Inspection on Cleaning and Restoration Certification. Took Classes specifically for Carpet Cleaning & Water Damage Restoration. Doesn't mean our price's are higher. It means we know just what kind of cleaning agents to use based on the type of fabric your carpet is made from. Which makes cleaning it easier on us and the results from cleaning it the best they can possibly be.
