Anyone can learn a trick. Creating a moment that feels impossible, personal, and completely unique to the people in the room is something else entirely. I’ve been performing professionally for more than 12 years, with over 25 years of experience in magic, and audience participation is at the heart of everything I do. My shows aren’t about standing in front of a crowd and performing at them. The audience becomes part of the experience, and that interaction is what makes every performance different. A big part of what I do is created in the moment. I read the room, work with the personalities in front of me, and let the unexpected become part of the show. That means the reactions, the comedy, the conversations, and even some of the strongest moments of the performance can only happen with that particular audience, on that particular night. That’s the difference I care about. Not simply showing people a collection of tricks, but creating an experience that feels alive, spontaneous, and impossible to duplicate.
