I found Shanty on thumbtack and I was a little nervous about hiring someone sight unseen for my big day. But to my surprise Shanty did and AMAZING job!! I couldn’t be happier with how my bridesmaids and my makeup turned out. I got so many compliments on my appearance. My new husband said to me I couldn’t believe you could look even more beautiful, a testament to her ability. She was even able to squeeze my mom in on our tight schedule. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing includes lashes and add-ons like glitter.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For brides we would do a trial to ensure you look great on your big day. A deposit is required to finalize the booking for the wedding day and the remaining amount is paid the day off wedding.
For all other bookings a 20% deposit is required to hold your booking space.
