She supports clients who are separating (filing for divorce) and want to proceed with an amicable and cost effective approach to divorce through mediation. She brings over a decade of experience in family conflict resolution, as well as corporate leadership. She obtained her Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Florida and has been working with families and corporate leadership teams since. As a clinician she has helped families managing life changes, poor communication patterns, behavioral concerns, and even foster care placements. As a professional she is detailed, innovative, efficient and organized. You can rest assured that your mediation session will be facilitated in a calm, caring, and controlled manner with all parties feeling heard and well prepared to cross the bridge into the next chapter of life. Overview of Mediation in Divorce: Mediation is used when a couple wants to write up Divorce Settlement Agreements (i.e. division of assets / liabilities) and Parenting Plans (if applicable) without involving the courts to make a ruling. Mediation can be completed with the parties themselves, or attorneys are permitted to be in attendance at mediation sessions to offer legal counsel. Amanda is happy to provide a free consultation call to provide an overview of mediation and discuss whether your case will benefit from mediation. What makes Family Bridge Mediation different? - We offer transparent, up-front, low-cost pricing so you are never left guessing how much your divorce mediation session will cost. Mediation services are $200 an hour, and that is typically split amongst the 2 parties (i.e. each party pays $100 an hour).
