The Law Offices of Carolina Nunez, P.A. offers flexible pricing structures tailored to different legal needs. For personal injury cases, we operate on a contingent fee basis, meaning clients pay no fees unless we win or settle their case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by scheduling either a virtual or in-person appointment. During the initial consultation, we discuss the client's legal situation, offering personalized legal advice and outlining our approach to handling their case, whether it involves a car accident, real estate issue, or estate planning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This is our Personal Injury Litigation Team: Carolina I. Nunez, Esq. Ms. Carolina Nunez, Esq. attended the University of Central Florida, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and International Relations, with a minor in European Studies. During college, Ms. Nunez was an intern for a Congressional Representative and earned a German language certificate from The University of Vienna in Austria. Ms. Nunez pursued a real estate career after college. She then earned her Juris Doctorate from Barry University – Dwayne O’ Andreas School of Law. Additionally, during and prior to law school, she gained experience in real estate, short sales, foreclosures, and bankruptcies and volunteered at tax and bankruptcy clinics.
