They say in this world we are all connected. I went through many fellow travelers to meet, Rachel. She is an amazing soul who had me in tears with just one hug from her, I knew I was home, I was safe. She has become my mentor in many ways and I am very grateful for meeting her now in life, not sure I would have been open before to accept her kindness and love for myself. She is a patient teacher and sends love to all she meets and to those she hasn't met yet, the light on for you to be welcomed in. Wether your time with her is short or long I know where she is and welcomed anytime I am ready. Sometimes I just sit and enjoy her company. I enjoy all of her classes and her workshops. I look forward to meeting my new always evolving self and know I am never alone, one breath and we become one again. Rachel is a wonderful person and a helpful and caring instructor. A friend found her for me on Thumbtack after my Parkinson's diagnosis and her technique has really improved my movement.

Rachel is a wonderful guide, healer and teacher. She is clearly on this planet to do the work that she does. I personally like Rachel's Gentle Yoga class best (although she has others) as I appreciate the peaceful and healing environment she creates for her students and she's able to take into account all different levels of experience which is great. I have also hired her for private yoga sessions which were fabulous.
