- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a service call that covers the diagnostic of the unit of $125. If you are looking for a quote to replace the unit, I provide that free of charge. I offer 10% discount for military. I offer 10% discount for seniors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically ask as many questions as possible to fully understand the scope of work and the customers requests. And then inform the customer of anticipated pricing details. We then set up a time for a service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
17 years of HVAC experience. I am HVAC certified, EPA certified, NATE certified, and hold a bachelors degree from UCF. Go knights! I also regularly attend HVAC training classes to stay up to date on the latest technical info.
