Technician David came out to try to identify the source of a water leak somewhere on my property that I was notified of by my Utility company due to my water usage spiking several days prior. He was able to quickly locate the leak at the water meter using the underground detection equipment used by the company and was able to dig to confirm that the leak was due to a leaking connection at the meter. He then called and set up an appointment to have one of the repair technicians come out and complete the repair. David was very friendly and professional and got the job done in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing this type of service. The cost for this service is not cheap, but they do offer a senior discount which I was able to take advantage of.

Carl Johnson was very prompt and informative. Found the leak and we set forth a plan of attack. I’ve never had a leak and was very overwhelmed with it. He calmed me down and got me the information I needed. If I ever have a leak again, I’ll be calling Carl Johnson.
