- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am known to give discounts to repeat clients. I try to keep my prices low, but there is a fee to send quotes to potential clients so I have to account for that in my pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, it's about developing a rapport with the new client so they feel comfortable that I will give them an end product they will enjoy! I can also send examples of work I have done in the past. Then I gather information, usually through email, and get started!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's Degree and have written two theses which took weeks of editing on my part. In addition, I have ten years experience editing resumes and cover letters. Both of these experiences give me a keen eye for detail, which is perfect for helping you with your writing project!
