- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Normally a flat rate fee based on volume and time. I do offer 10% veteran and first responder discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing in the process is to find out what the customers need is and go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master of Business degree and more than 20 years experience in supply chain management I learned while in the Navy.
