Introduction: Every computer that gets submitted for repair goes through a rigorous set of comprehensive diagnostics. We will let you know if there is any hardware damage/failure, software damage/failure and offer possible solutions. We WILL NOT perform ANY work that is not authorized by the computer's owner. We will take the time to answer any questions that you have. When you pick up your computer, the technician that performed the work will walk you through every step of the repair process and allow you to inspect the system in-shop to ensure you are satisfied.
We're all geeks here at Computers Unlimited and we get to do something that we really enjoy - work with technology.

Made contact with Computers Unlimited through Thumbtack. I had a sick Dell Inspiron laptop at the time. Diagnostic determined the hard drive was nearly DOA and there was a problem with the THIRD motherboard. To avoid throwing more good money after bad, I asked Dennis at Computers Unlimited what kind of computer he could make for me for $1500. He got a grin on his face, spec'd one out and I couldn't be happier. I doubt Dell could touch the performance of this unit for two grand. Nicely done!
