I spoke with several companies before going with Bay Area Builders for my small Master Bath remodel. Holly was my project manager and she is great. She did a wonderful job of communicating to us when installers would arrive and what to expect. Whenever you do a remodel you have to plan for the unexpected and or delays. Sure enough on demo day I had a mold issue in a section behind the tile in the shower. Holly was on it and treated the mold before moving forward, so it set us back a few days, but needed to be done. I also had some changes I wanted to make; it was my first remodel, 30 year old bathroom refreshed with a new complete shower overhaul, new vanity, new flooring, lighting, mirror, medicine cabinet, exhaust fan, paint. Holly was very patient, helpful, courteous and always accessible. The bathroom looks beautiful and pricing was competitive. Will use again for my guest bath!"

Terrible craftsmanship and even worse communication. Apparently these people don't know how to pay their subs and will leave you a mess, find a BBB accredited contractor from the get go.
