FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on a $50 - $75 per hour scale. I price a job based on this rate and give a total estimated cost. This estimate is the total price a customer will pay; in this way, the customer is not overcharged if the process goes over on time. What we agree, is what you pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will contact a new customer and arrange to evaluate the work so that a fair and acceptable price can be arranged.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have formal technical school training and business school class credits to sharpen my skill set and bring a higher level of professionalism to my customers. I have been fixing and repairing mostly anything ever since I was a child. It comes natural to me.
