They moved my hot tub from outside to inside the lanai exactly where I wanted it. Since it had been sitting there for two years, they checked to be sure the jets still worked (they did!) and changed the plug. Overall it was reasonably priced and they Did a great job!

I received a text from the contact number indicating the technician would arrive “around” 2:00 pm. At approximately 3:45 pm I texted the contact number to cancel the service call. Within 1 to 2 minutes I received a text indicating the technician was almost at my residence. When I told the technician I expected him at or around 2:00 pm he replied “I had no idea I was supposed to be here around 2:00 pm.” Once the technician was onsite, he did a great job of purging the hot tub, explaining his methods to bring the water back to clean and proper chemical standards. If the technician was not made aware of the scheduled time, the “office”(?) failed, not only the customer but also the technician. The technician completed the job and apologized for the scheduling miscommunication. Hopefully this review can assist the company to improve their communication processes.
