- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our cost is $85 an hour per organizer. There are packages of hours so that if you buy larger packages, there is a discount. The more hours you buy, the more of a discount you will receive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a phone call to get to know the needs of the customer. I offer a free consultation that can be completed over the phone or in person. During the consultation, I will ask a lot of questions that will help me understand the vision for the space. Once I have seen the extent of the job, I will estimate the amount of hours that will be needed to complete the job. I offer the package of hours that will best suit the customer's needs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have loved to organize all my life! I worked for a moving company in the 2000s and realized I loved helping people go through their things and prioritize what is important and help them pack and unpack in their new space. So in 2020, I was looking for ways to incorporate my love for Organizing into a business and I found my passion for professional organizing.
